Our take

With a good chunk of the US food supply ending up as waste, consumer packaged goods companies face potentially huge waste costs. Spoiler Alert is a company helping food and beverage brands mitigate this loss, with a sales and analytics platform that helps brands efficiently and cost-effectively manage liquidation across a private network of nonprofits and discount retailers.

Nestle, Danone, The Campbell Soup Company, Kraft Heinz, and Hello Fresh all use Spoiler Alert's software, and the company is continuing to net big players across the food industry. The company is also on the right side of the increasing shift towards eco-friendly commerce. With awareness of consumer issues steadily increasing, and more money being invested into companies tackling it, Spoiler Alert is well-established to ride the waste-reduction wave.
