Who you are

What the job involves
- We seek an entry-level Product Solutions Analyst to join our operational teams and help identify workflow challenges and develop innovative solutions
- Work closely with operational teams to understand workflows and identify pain points and inefficiencies
- Analyze existing processes and develop practical technological solutions to streamline operations
- Design and implement automation solutions that enhance productivity and reduce manual work
- Create prototypes to test and validate solution concepts before full implementation
- Leverage AI tools to develop innovative approaches to operational challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and refine solutions
- Document process improvements and share best practices across the organization
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make iterative improvements
- Stay current with emerging technologies that could benefit operational workflows
