Who you are
- You’re a builder at heart - someone who loves creating smooth processes that make life easier for people. You’ve got solid experience in people operations, ideally in a global, fast-paced environment, and you know how to balance structure with flexibility
- You’re detail-oriented and data-driven, but you also keep people at the centre of everything you do. You can take complex processes and make them simple, scalable, and human
- You’re comfortable navigating international employment landscapes and thrive on figuring out how to align global consistency with local compliance
- You’re also a strong communicator who can work well across teams, geographies, and levels of the business
- And importantly: you’re proactive, hands-on, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves - whether it’s solving a complex compliance challenge or jumping in to fix a system workflow
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR, with at least 3 years in a senior global role
- Proven experience managing people processes in a fast-growing, international company
- Strong stakeholder management skills as you’ll work with a range of stakeholders, incl. senior leaders, line managers and employees
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (preferably HiBob), data management, and people analytics
- Experience working with employment law and compliance across multiple territories, preferably Denmark, Germany, the UK, and Spain
- Experience rolling out global policies, benefits, and people programs, i.e. facilitating and coordinating engaging onboarding experiences
- Excellent project management skills - able to juggle priorities and deliver on time
- Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!

- We are one of the fastest-growing podcast and audiobook platforms in Europe, and we are now looking for a Global People Operations Lead to join our journey to enrich lives through listening
- We keep developing as a company, and now is the perfect moment to strengthen our People Operations foundation. We want to make sure our systems, processes, and policies don’t just keep up with growth, but actively support and enable it
- That’s where you come in. As our new Global People Operations Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind building smooth, scalable, and people-first operations across our international teams
- You’ll make sure our colleagues have a seamless experience at every stage of their journey, and that our operations provide both structure and flexibility to keep us moving forward
- You’ll join an awesome P&C team based out of Copenhagen (HQ) and Amsterdam. You’ll report directly to our new VP People & Culture
- Global People Operations: Lead and optimise our people processes across multiple markets - from onboarding and offboarding, to mobility, compliance, and everything in between
- HRIS Ownership: Own our HR system (HiBob) and ensure data integrity, reporting, and insights that help leaders make informed decisions
- Policies & Compliance: Ensure that our global people policies and practices are legally compliant, scalable, and aligned with our culture and values
- Employee Experience: Partner with People & Culture colleagues, i.e. our People Ops Manager and the rest of the team, to make sure employees have a seamless, engaging, and consistent experience at every stage of their journey
- Continuous Improvement: Spot opportunities for efficiency, automation, and simplification - and implement solutions that free up time and energy for both employees and managers
- Partner to the Business: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, giving clear, pragmatic guidance on people operations topics

Podcasting and audiobook listening has become and increasingly popular past-time for many. The flexibility of listening to podcasts while doing other activities simultaneously is driving the market growth. Podimo is a podcast and audiobook platform taking the Nordic Countries by storm with its service.
The company boasts its close connection with the creators it hosts on its platform, suggesting a healthy and appealing work relationship for creators to continue using Podimo as its host (an issue Spotify has had multiple times). The company's revenue-share model is not based on the size of following which gives the company a big boost up in the newer podcasters books.
Since its founding in 2019, Podimo has grown to 350+ employees across 20+ different countries and was named the fastest-growing podcast service in Finland. With Apple, Spotify, and Google, it’s easy to think smaller companies don’t have much chance, but Podimo is standing its ground in the Podcast sector and taking on big-name creators. We’re excited to see what recent funding and the acquisition of several companies will do for the company going forward.
