Who you are
- We are looking for a confident, commercially minded and excellent communicator who can clearly explain data, trends, analyse and initiate creative solutions and ideas
- They are able to understand and elicit relevant requirements, are able to ask ‘why’, and challenge assumptions in a friendly and collaborative manner
- Has strong analytical skills, able to identify the whole picture from the vision through to the detailed user story level
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills with good business sense, understanding what is commercially viable
- Advanced Excel skills and visualisation tools such as Tableau
- Ideally experienced with a CRM system e.g Hubspot
- Familiarity with building dashboards and forecasting reports in previous roles
- An understanding of the entire lifecycle from prospect to customer
- Familiarity with key metrics such as close rates, payback period, Customer LTV, MQL-to-SQL Conversion rates
What the job involves
- RevOps Analyst is responsible for supporting the alignment of sales, marketing and customer success operations across the full customer life cycle to drive growth keeping all teams accountable to revenue
- Own and manage tools such as Cognism, HubSpot, and Gong, ensuring seamless integration, adoption, and provide meaningful insights into the customer lifecycle to drive revenue growth
- Assess and benchmark the effectiveness of growth channels such as paid search, SEO, and paid social
- Work closely with campaign managers to refine sales and marketing strategies based on data-driven insights
- Analyse pipeline data to identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, accelerate the sales cycle, and increase cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment on revenue strategies and operational efficiency
- Support with maintaining Hubspot data accuracy, managing sales account territories, and forecast to ensure effective tracking
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators across Sales and Marketing
- Provide insights that support decision-making and business operations
- Evaluate broker market data and individual sales team performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
