Role
Who you are
- 3+ years experience in a marketing role
- Bachelors Degree in Humanities or Marketing
- Experience working across multiple markets desirable
- Entrepreneurial approach to developing original marketing campaigns
- Native proficiency in French and / or German desirable
- Experience working on conferences / events activations
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills
- Ambition to grow as a marketing leader
What the job involves
- As a result of our growth and expansion, we’re excited to offer a Marketing Manager opportunity based in London, reporting to the Director of Marketing, EMEA & APAC, and joining a collaborative, ambitious team driving growth across our three ecommerce brands — Connexity, Skimlinks, and ShopYourLikes
- Each brand gives you the chance to work across different parts of the commerce media world — helping retailers reach new customers, publishers grow revenue from content, and creators turn social influence into income
- You’ll play a key role in growing our presence across EMEA markets (UK, France, DACH, and Italy), helping us attract new clients, support existing ones, and build standout marketing campaigns
- No two days look the same — you might be crafting thought leadership content, shaping event experiences, diving into performance data, or launching new initiatives
- You’ll work closely with global teammates in Marketing, Business Development, and Account Management, all in a fast-paced, supportive environment where ideas are welcomed and ownership is encouraged
- You’ll be part of a marketing team that’s growing — and wants you to grow with it
- With peers in product marketing, growth, design, and insights, there’s plenty of space to learn, collaborate, and make your mark
- Lead the charge on campaigns for advertisers, creators, and publishers across EMEA — owning everything from concept to execution to optimisation, all with business impact in mind
- Drive demand and growth by partnering with Sales to acquire high-value clients from our ICP hitlist, while supporting Account Management to engage and delight existing customers
- Bring our brand to life through events — from conferences and product launches to curated dinners and panel talks — delivering standout moments across our European calendar
- Champion the customer experience with content, case studies, testimonials, and industry partnerships that leave a lasting impression
- Collaborate globally, execute locally — working cross-functionally with international teams to bring ideas to life and drive meaningful results

Our take
Connexity is a marketing technology company that operates an online retail and e-commerce advertising network. Connexity, which was first founded as Shopzilla, offers online sellers and publishers a means of building revenue and finding new customers without having to sell data to big-name advertising and discovery brands, namely Google and Facebook.
Over the years, Connexity has accumulated a number of related businesses, including Become.com, Skimlinks and PriceGrabber. It covers various activities including affiliate links, influencer marketing, in-stream advertising, and shopping search ads. This has led to over 800 million shopping leads, and billions in sales for its customers (particularly impressive as the e-commerce world continues to struggle to keep online consumers' attention). Its customers include Walmart, Wayfair, Skechers, Macy’s, eBay and Otto.
In 2021, Connexity was bought by Taboola for $800M. The company plans to continue extending Connexity's adjacent technologies, allowing for more cross-selling and upselling opportunities. It is also focusing on developing tools that attract and convert ordinary site visitors into browsers and then into shoppers.
