Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales or solution architect role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Strong technical background with expertise in security products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for solving problems
What the job involves
- As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will be the technical liaison between our sales team and potential clients
- You will leverage your technical expertise to understand customer needs, design tailored solutions, and effectively communicate our value proposition
- This role is critical in building strong relationships and ensuring successful implementation of our products
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our product offerings
- Solution Design: Develop and present comprehensive solution architectures that address client requirements and demonstrate the capabilities of our products
- Technical Presentations: Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing product features and benefits
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product management and engineering teams to convey customer feedback and influence product roadmap decisions
- Proposal Development: Assist in creating detailed proposals and technical documentation that clearly articulate solution value and implementation strategies
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to enhance the sales strategy and solution offerings
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to the sales team on technical aspects of our solutions to enhance their effectiveness in customer engagements
