Role
Who you are
- 3+ years in a partner-facing role
- A track record of managing relationships — not just maintaining them
- A natural at keeping multiple stakeholders happy at the same time
- Strong communicator — clear, calm, and direct
- Experience in SaaS or B2B tech
- Based in North America, with flexibility to work across time zones when needed
Desirable
- Experience in AP automation, P2P, or spend management solutions
- Background in channel, alliances, or partner ecosystem roles
- Familiarity with CRM or partner management tools
What the job involves
- As Partner Relationship Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our North America partner portfolio. You will make sure partners feel supported, stay engaged, and have everything they need to succeed with Medius
- Our NA partner delivery team is growing fast — and we need someone to own the day-to-day of those relationships, so our Partner Delivery Manager can focus on the bigger picture
- You do not need to know our product inside out on day one. What matters is that you know how to build trust, keep things moving, and solve problems before they become issues
- Own the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of NA partners — be their go-to person
- Keep a close eye on partner health: satisfaction, engagement, and how things are tracking
- Coordinate across internal teams (sales, support, services) to get partners what they need
- Be the first to hear about issues, and the first to start fixing them
- Prepare partner performance reviews
- Keep partner records and activity logs current — no surprises for anyone
- Support onboarding for new partners coming into the NA region
Our take
In the US, invoice fraud is on the rise with companies losing an average of $300,000 annually to fraudulent invoices. There is a lack of visibility with one in four finance professionals unaware or unable to estimate the cost of invoice fraud to their business, most likely due to messy paper trails that plague the invoice process.
Medius is an AP automation, payments, sourcing and procurement company. A leading provider in its industry, Medius is going beyond the basics of automation, using artificial intelligence to do the majority of its work, meaning invoices get confirmed, coded and paid automatically, and businesses can trust their budgets and forecasts.
With financial professionals beginning to recognise the importance of AP automation, Medius is focused on strengthening its applications as it expects to see exponential growth in the near future. With several rounds of equity funding behind it and placement within the Gartner Magic Quadrant 2026, Medius is in a prime position to become the category-defining global business for the mid-market.
