• Are an early adopter of AI tools like Visual Electric or Weavy to accelerate creative workflows

• We're building a disruptive B2B visual identity across web, social and traditional print media channels, embracing new methods like AI (Midjourney, Visual Electric, Runway) and building plug-and-play design systems for GTM teams that allow us to scale high-quality output infinitely

• As Studio Planhat's founding Brand Motion Designer, you will be the first to bring the Planhat brand to life through motion, animation, and storytelling
• You’ll be responsible for defining the principles, rhythm, and emotional language of motion across the entire Planhat brand; crafting motion systems that scale across channels—product marketing, social, campaigns, ads, and events—and helping define how we use movement to communicate clearly and feel alive
• You’ll work closely with the rest of the studio to concept, build, and ship compelling creative work that captures attention and elevates our brand in a B2B context
• Design and animate compelling, on-brand motion assets for launches, campaigns, social, explainers, and ads
• Implement motion through micro-interactions and effects on our website (via Framer)
• Build a scalable motion system and toolkit to ensure quality and consistency at speed across brand, marketing and enablement content
• Support major product launches with high-quality motion-driven storytelling featuring our product interface
• If you succeed in this role, you'll be Planhat's first dedicated brand motion design hire
• Naturally, you'll grow to own and evolve motion and animation across our entire visual identity as we scale
• This includes:
• Building innovative new brand motion styles and campaigns across web & digital
• Owning and architecting easy-to-use motion design systems for marketing and enablement to apply
• Collaborating with our in-house creative team to push the boundaries of our brand identity
