- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in go-to-market strategy, business development, or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms
- Exceptional ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Experience designing systems and processes to improve visibility and decision-making at scale
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment

What the job involves
- VAST Data is looking to hire a Go-To-Market Strategy Manager!
- We are seeking a results-driven Go-To-Market Strategy Manager to lead our efforts in identifying, prioritizing, and capturing new business opportunities
- This strategic role will focus on aligning our go-to-market approach with customer needs, business objectives, and market trends
- Market and Use Case Analysis:
- Develop a deep understanding of relevant customer use cases and market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Translate insights into actionable strategies to drive revenue growth
- Prioritization and Tracking:
- Identify and evaluate key priorities across the business
- Establish frameworks for determining how to approach opportunities and measure progress against strategic goals
- Metrics Definition:
- Design and implement metrics or models that provide visibility into sales performance and areas for expansion
- Ensure key decision-makers have access to real-time insights to guide strategic initiatives
- Analytical Expertise:
- Leverage data analytics to evaluate business performance, refine strategies, and drive decision-making
- Provide clear reporting on metrics and outcomes tied to go-to-market initiatives
- Account Penetration and Strategic Hiring:
- Develop strategies for account penetration that optimize resource allocation and hiring priorities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align day-to-day operations with broader strategic goals

The market for data platforms for deep learning is expected to become a $280 billion market by 2030, and since its Series E funding, VAST has the financial comfort to continue product development and refinement which will help it consolidate its impressive market-leading position.
