Who you are
- 5+ years of sales experience selling security software
- You have a measurable track record in new business development and over-achieving sales targets
- Experience in selling complex enterprise security software solutions and ability to adapt to fast-growing and changing environments
- Experience in the “C” suite, strong executive presence and polish, and excellent listening skills
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
- Hunter mentality with solid Sales Process/Methodology e.g. CoM, Challenger and MEDDICC

What the job involves
- We are looking for an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead our growth in Spain
- You will be responsible for positioning Torq’s security solution within Enterprise prospects and customers, developing a comprehensive account strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Sell an amazing no-code security automation product from start to finish
- Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities
- Execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets
- Developing and building relationships with prospects, customers and channel partners
- Expand relationships and orchestrate deals across diverse business stakeholders
Our take
Torq is transforming cybersecurity with its AI-driven platform that automates and speeds up the way companies handle incidents. Its main product, Torq HyperSOC, uses AI to manage security alerts, investigate threats, and take action much faster than humans alone, helping security teams avoid burnout.
The platform is gaining attention from large enterprises like Check Point, Rivian, and Wiz for its ability to fix the gap left by older security systems. Overall, by automating critical processes, Torq makes security operations more efficient and effective.
Since its launch in 2020, the company has raised funding totalling almost $200 million. Its latest raise will be used to expand globally and enhance its AI capabilities. As its customer base and revenue rapidly grow, Torq is on track to hit its ambitious goal of $100M in annual recurring revenue by 2026.
