QA Analyst, Veeva

• University degree in an analytical or technical field, e.g., bioinformatics, computer science, applied mathematics
• 1+ years of working experience in data analysis or data quality
• Intermediate level of SQL (joins of multiple tables, subqueries, subquery factoring)
• Experience working with large databases and data sets
• Confident spreadsheet user (pivot tables, nested formulas)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Desirable

• As one of our QA Analysts, you will be the subject matter expert for questions regarding the data structure and quality of a specific Link Product
• You will ensure the data we use meets the product goal and provide data analysis for the various stakeholders
• You will be closely working with product management, data operations, data governance, software engineering, and quality assurance teams
• To thrive in your role, you need to have an academic background in the technical field and initial working experience with data analytics, large databases, and complex data sets
• You are a fast learner, detail-oriented, have a growth mindset, and can turn data into valuable insights
• You communicate effectively with stakeholders and can deliver high-quality results within a tough timeline. You are comfortable working remotely in an international environment
• Assure that data quality and compliance meet our high standards
• Extract data from databases (e.g., Redshift, Mongo DB)
• Analyze large data sets and generate insights
• Modify existing SQL scripts to meet product needs
• Identify data gaps and quality issues
• Root cause analysis
• Build and maintain a technical data model (entity relationship diagram)
• Create customized reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
