What the job involves
- We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager SMB to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager SMB, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our most important customers
- You will work closely with our sales and product teams to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our most important customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Understand our customers’ business needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
- Work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
- Collaborate with our product team to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers
- Monitor customer usage and provide insights to our product team to drive product improvements
- Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide customer feedback to our internal teams to help drive continuous improvement
