Who you are

Proven experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably in a global environment
Track record of building, managing, and scaling high-performing commercial teams
Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and securing large-scale accounts
Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot) and automation tools

Desirable

Experience in Hospitality, SaaS or B2B industries
Global or multi-market commercial experience
Background in personalised / custom product businesses or packaging industry

What the job involves

Lead and shape our global commercial strategy, taking responsibility for scaling our commercial function across UK, USA and other territories
Structure, grow, and lead a high-performing team of BDMs & AMs, building a culture of excellence and accountability
Secure enterprise and wholesale client accounts that align with our strategic business goals
Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to design and implement comprehensive growth strategies
Develop robust commercial processes, playbooks and analytic frameworks for delivery across different markets
Work cross-functionally with operations, tech and marketing teams to inform business strategy and service creation
Drive operational excellence through establishing clear KPIs, budgets and forecasts
