Who you are
- We’re looking for an AI Growth Marketing Specialist who’s obsessed with performance, innovation, and measurable impact. Someone who doesn’t just use AI tools but builds intelligent systems that redefine how marketing works

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Runbear, n8n, Gamma, or Midjourney
- Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, mobility, or platform environments
- A performance-driven mindset: you love testing, optimizing, and outperforming expectations
- Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch and/or German are a plus
- A collaborative, competitive, and curious attitude. You thrive on pushing boundaries and learning fast

What the job involves
- In this role, you’ll have the freedom and ownership to design, test, and scale AI-driven marketing strategies that accelerate Fixico’s growth across Europe. From acquiring new customers and repairers to deepening engagement with existing partners, you’ll make sure Fixico’s story reaches the right audiences with the right message, powered by data, creativity, and automation
- Build, execute, and scale AI-powered marketing initiatives across all channels, from campaign automation to workflow optimization
- Develop data-driven strategies for personalization, ABM, and conversion optimization
- Turn Fixico’s data into actionable insights that drive acquisition, retention, and measurable performance improvements
- Continuously experiment, measure, and iterate, proving what works through tangible results
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Product, Operations, and Data teams to translate AI innovation into business growth
Our take
Getting a car repaired after damage can often be a slow, frustrating and not to mention, unclear process. Drivers usually have to deal with multiple phone calls, wait days for quote, struggle to understand costs or timelines, and most importantly, be without their car. For insurers, managing repairs across many garages add even more complexity, making it harder to deliver a smooth and fast customer experience. As expectations rise for quicker, more transparent services, the traditional repair process just isn't cutting it anymore.
Fixico is working to simplify this by turning the repair journey into a fully digital experience. Its platform connects insurers, fleet owners, and repair shops in one place, allowing damage to be assessed, quoted, and managed online. Meaning customers can get quotes faster, communication more clearly, and better visibility on their repair progress.
Recently, Fixico has gained momentum through a major partnership with Ominimo in the Netherlands, where it will manage all vehicles repairs through its platform. This deal shows trust in Fixico's ability to deliver fast, high-quality service at scale. As it continues to partner with fast-growing insurers and expand across Europe, Fixico is gearing up to play a bigger role in modernising how car repairs are handled.
