Role
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in software testing
- Strong ability to design and execute manual test cases; exposure to automation frameworks is a plus
- Experience with QA management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, TestRail)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC-II, HITRUST) is a plus
What the job involves
- We're looking for a QA Engineer who's passionate about ensuring our products work seamlessly for customers and patients
- You'll design and execute test plans, identify issues before they reach production, and help us build a culture of quality across the organization
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into details, collaborating across teams, and driving continuous improvement in product reliability
- Validate new features and platform changes to ensure they perform as intended
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases and documentation using common testing syntax (e.g., Gherkin)
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and client-facing teams to understand feature context and risks
- Investigate support tickets and bug reports, reproducing and documenting findings
- Use live environment monitoring tools to proactively identify and document issues
- Contribute to release documentation and facilitate communication of changes to stakeholders
- Continuously refine testing processes and advocate for quality throughout the product lifecycle
