Who you are

ML Architecture and Development: Lead the architecture, build, and deployment of ML products using AWS cloud infrastructure
Develop robust and scalable ML models that deliver reliable, performant results
Implement continuous learning mechanisms for ongoing enhancement of ML and GenAI models
Driving Innovation and Efficiency in Large ML Systems: Design and manage sophisticated ML orchestration frameworks (ZenML, Kedro, Flyte, Airflow, etc.) to streamline workflows and enhance scalability
Oversee and optimize complex multi-agent AI systems, ensuring seamless interaction, robustness, and high-level performance
Lead initiatives focused on innovation, efficiency, and best practices within large-scale machine learning and agent-based technologies
Oversee deployment strategies to maintain high performance and fault tolerance in production environments
System Reliability and Optimization: Ensure system reliability through rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring practices
Continuously optimize ML workflows for improved efficiency and scalability

Desirable

Proven track record of launching new AI products into production environments
Deep understanding of large-scale AI/ML system management
Strong grasp of core machine learning concepts, algorithms, and best practices

Sciemo is building AI systems to remedy the problems faced by S&OP teams. Having only launched in 2025, it's a young company with big ideas to change the way brands operate.
