Brand & Marketing Manager, Shotgun

• We're not looking for someone who can "do marketing." We're looking for someone who's been in the rooms, knows the scene, and can translate that cultural fluency into strategy and execution
• 4+ years of marketing experience, with meaningful time spent in music, nightlife, or live events
• Hands-on paid media experience running campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with a track record of optimizing for performance
• Strong content instincts: you can write copy, brief a designer, storyboard a video, and know what performs on social
• Experience with email marketing and CRM tools (Brevo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
• Analytical chops: comfortable pulling campaign data, interpreting it, and making decisions from it
• Project management discipline: you can run multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously without dropping balls
• Passion for electronic music, club culture, and the communities that make it happen

• Shotgun is hiring a Brand & Marketing Manager to own our marketing presence across the US. You'll be the person who makes Shotgun impossible to ignore in the American nightlife and live events landscape, building brand equity while driving measurable business outcomes for our organizer partners
• This role sits at the center of brand, growth, and community. You'll develop and execute campaigns that grow Shotgun's cultural footprint, drive app installs and first-time buyers, and prove to promoters and venue operators that Shotgun is the platform that actually moves tickets
• Own Shotgun's US social media presence end-to-end: strategy, content creation, community management
• Develop content that resonates with nightlife and electronic music audiences, not generic event industry content
• Build and manage a content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Grow and activate Shotgun's local communities
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads with a focus on app installs, ticket sales, and first-time buyer acquisition
• Manage campaign budgets and report on ROAS, CPA, and conversion metrics
• Build and test audience segments, creatives, and landing pages
• Support partners with co-marketing campaigns that drive GMV
• Create activations (online and on-site) that help organizers grow their audience and sell more tickets
• Develop case studies, one-pagers, and sales collateral that showcase Shotgun's community reach and marketing capabilities
• Collaborate with the partnerships team to design custom campaigns that demonstrate Shotgun's value to prospective and existing partners
• Strengthen Shotgun's visibility through event activations, influencer collaborations, and cultural partnerships
• Diversify content formats: editorial, video, podcast, newsletter
• Ensure every touchpoint reinforces Shotgun's position as a community-first platform, not just another ticketing company

• Awareness Millions of impressions per quarter across organic and paid. High engagement rates. Shotgun becoming a name people in the scene actually recognize and talk about
• Conversion More app installs. More first-time buyers. Paid campaigns hitting target ROAS. Email campaigns with strong open and click-through rates. Measurable GMV uplift for organizer partners
