Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success for B2B Software
- Proven project management skillset, you can successfully get a project from A to Z
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to develop, document and enforce processes
- An ability to adapt, multi-task and continuously prioritise time and resources effectively
- Team player with a high EQ and focus on executional excellence: you can work together with everyone and drive delivery of measurable results
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated individual

- German, or French speaking
What the job involves
- Drive impact by serving as the primary point of contact for our global user base
- Build strong and trusted relationships with strategic accounts
- Enable operational excellence as we scale our customer base by continuously enhancing Standard Operating Procedures
- Drive high renewal rates and customer service satisfaction across our user base
- Collaborate effectively with our inhouse subject matter experts
- Roll up your sleeves in assisting with customer queries in a timely and effective manner and continuously enhancing our self-help resources
- Champion customer success stories by working together with marketing to produce case studies and testimonials
- Collect and analyze customer product feedback and effectively communicate with the KEY ESG product team
