Role
Who you are
- At least 3 years of experience enabling scalable operations to deliver tangible customer value in fast-growth, 'atoms & bits' environments
- An irrational need to make the people, places and things around you better. The ability to balance to said need with 'good enough' state
- The ability to build systems that inform immediate operational adjustments and longer-term strategic direction
- Comfort identifying problems in scenarios where the immediate solutions are not apparent or easily accessible
- Data-driven problem solver, able to diagnose root causes, implement scalable solutions to continuously improve operations
- Adept technical/functional experience in Excel, BI tools, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and other self-serve data analysis and visualisation tools

- An admiration and small businesses with a particular focus on hospitality, and food.
What the job involves
- RYE provides energy management software to help multi location businesses lower their energy spend. We help SMEs own their data by bringing it online through smart hardware. That's where you come in.
- As ops leads, you will develop, design and own RYE's new business onboarding flow so all RYE user sites can be brought online with minimal disruption to their operations.
- Help optimise workflows with partner installers so hardware installations are on time and cost efficient
- Identify where we can do better, and what new services can be built by the team
