Lead Generation Specialist, Payara

• Minimum of 5 years of Global Multi-Channel Marketing Expertise

Desirable

• As a Demand Generation Specialist at Payara you will work closely with the Sales Manager, creating and managing digital campaigns for different digital marketing channels. You will manage the digital footprint across all Payara external platforms
• Creating and running digital marketing campaigns including overseeing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and programmatic and displaying advertising campaigns with a focus on Payara Enterprise
• Selecting various digital channels on which to test digital campaign performance
• Monitoring performance metrics for ads across digital channels
• Developing new, creative approaches for our ads and landing pages
• Creating, analyzing and optimizing the customer journey of our various marketing channels
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), track ROI, and providing regular reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts
• Allocating and managing budgets ensuring optimal ROI
• Implementing strategies to improve digital campaigns conversion rates, including A/B testing of creative and messaging through the media customer funnel
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and plan/forecast to stay ahead of industry trends
• Collaborating with product, sales and marketing teams to plan new growth strategies and revenue goals
• Managing the digital footprint across all Payara external platforms including website, landing pages, emails, paid digital campaigns, paid search, display advertising, YouTube advertising, social media campaigns, sales navigator, affiliate marketing to boost and generate leads for the sales team
• Understanding the lead generation strategy and focusing attention on individual channels within the funnel to understand the role they play in the plan
• Creating impactful campaigns to improve conversion rates and developing high quality MQL's from Payara’s external channels
• Analysing the number and quality of all MQLs developed and ROI (return on investment)
• Staying up to date with the latest digital advancements to optimise the performance of customer engagement and lead generation, including the use of web analytics software to monitor and make recommendations for improvements and optimisation of Payara’s external channels
• Using social media campaigns and promotion through LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, as well as identifying new and upcoming channels to promote Payara brand and products
• Delivering performance reports and analysis for digital and growth marketing initiatives to demonstrate effective ROI for marketing campaigns
• Supporting with the SEO strategy creation and implementation to enhance search engine performance and website traffic, continuing to analyse data to improve rankings month on month
• Crafting engaging web content and contribute to company and industry blogs that drive both interaction and lead generation
