What the job involves

Are you ready to kick-start your career? We’re looking for a proactive and organised Routing Specialist to join our team in the Netherlands
This is a fantastic entry point into the world of delivery operations—where you’ll be planning routes, optimising deliveries, and making sure our boxes arrive on time and efficiently
Plan and optimise delivery and pick-up routes to keep things running efficiently and on time
Work closely with terminals, couriers, and internal teams to keep daily operations moving smoothly
Stay on top of capacity and forecast demand to make sure deliveries happen when expected
Tackle operational challenges quickly and keep things on track
Help improve routing tools and processes to make work easier for everyone
Share your ideas to make logistics planning smarter and the team even stronger

Last-mile delivery company Budbee specialises in eCommerce parcel delivery, delivering directly to customers’ homes or through its expansive network of smart parcel lockers.
