Operations Analyst, Elliptic

• Strong critical and analytical thinking skills

• Exceptional communication and coordination skills, experience working with stakeholders across the organisation
• Prior experience (4 years) in a high growth start-up or SaaS business in an analyst or operational role
• Solid understanding of the SaaS commercial model
• Experience working with CRMs (such as Hubspot) and revenue teams
• A technical background with proficiency doing data analysis with SQL or Python
• Confident co-designing and building dashboards, experience with tools such as QuickSight, Tableau or Power BI; and
• Comfortable using a variety of technologies including GPT enabled tools

Desirable

• You’ll be part of an Operations team building the foundations to automation and improve for the next phase of Elliptic’s growth
• Working closely with stakeholders in Go-to-market operations and Business Intelligence you will help keep the data in order, undertake analysis and implement new processes as Elliptic enters its next phase of growth
• You will also enable more efficiency across the business, be it supporting on ad hoc analyses or helping teams build automations you’ll be an integral part of Elliptic’s scaling journey
• Support company wide scaling journey by optimising commercial processes
• Support Revenue and Marketing Operations teams to identify, triage and strengthen processes throughout the customer lifecycle
• Supporting commercial reporting processes from data enrichment, preparation and trend analysis; gathering the insight commercial leaders to make decisions; and
• Closely liaise with the Growth Product Manager to ensure customer facing processes are integrated with wider business operations
• Work with Global Ops Lead to analyse market trends and input into strategic direction
• Enable more pricing agility through continuous review of pricing trends by product and region
• Analyse end to end customer journeys for businesses fitting Elliptic’s Ideal Customer Profile to identify areas for optimisation
• Integrating operational tools and supporting automation around the business
• Review existing commercial integrations to ensure continuity of data, resolve discrepancies and amending processes to ensure consistency
• Monitor adoption and work with champions across the business to enable better use of tools
• Reduce inefficiency across the business by supporting teams to build automations of repetitive tasks
