6+ months experience in a B2B SDR or outbound sales role (SaaS experience is a plus)
Native french, fluent in Spanish

What the job involves

We’re looking for an ambitious and curious Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in Barcelona
You’ll be one of the first points of contact for some of Europe's most exciting e-commerce brands, creating genuine connections and opening new business opportunities
As part of our high-performing sales team, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our Account Executives to spark interest, build pipeline, and help Yuma AI keep growing at double-digit speed
Identify, research, and reach out to key decision-makers
Generate new business opportunities through multi-channel outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn)
Personalize your approach and build meaningful first conversations about AI-powered customer support
Collaborate closely with AEs to qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings
Become a product expert on Yuma AI’s platform and the future of customer service automation
Use tools like HubSpot (CRM), Apollo, Sales Navigator to manage your pipeline and workflow
