Who you are
- 2+ years of professional experience, with client support

What the job involves
- As a Senior Data Analyst within the Analytics, Insights, & Measurement (AIM) team in our Go-To-Market department at Fetch, you will be instrumental in driving analytic support and insights across a designated sub-vertical
- Reporting to an AIM Director of Analytics, you will leverage your extensive technical knowledge, experience in Insights, Retail, Restaurant and/or CPG and client support to own technical support
- Comprehensive knowledge of Fetch’s data and ability to suggest appropriate analytical solutions/methodology
- Manipulate data effectively using SQL and data visualization tools (like Tableau), ensuring accurate and insightful analysis
- Craft compelling narratives and insights, effectively communicating analytic findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a way that leads to clear recommendations and proposed next steps
- Collaborate with AIM counterparts and provide a strong point-of-view on technical approach and tool development
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand any upstream changes and be able to communicate the impact to the AIM team
- Mentor junior team members
- Technical design lead for building sustainable analytics solutions for partners
- Serve as lead investigator on issues impacting Analytics

Leading mobile shopping and loyalty platform Fetch has seen explosive success in recent years. Its concept is simple: users receive spendable points in exchange for scans of their shopping receipts.
The app has tens of millions of daily active users with even more downloads, and has seen impressive growth, having now reached 'unicorn' status twice over. This should come as no surprise. Brand reinforcement is crucial to customer retention and acquisition - but it is harder than ever, with the fragmentation of choice on the market and the declining efficacy of marketing. So material loyalty benefits are likely to prove a crucial tool in creating and leveraging a strong customer base.
Whilst Fetch faces competition from similar receipt-scan rewards platforms like ReceiptPal and Ibotta, it grew into a profitable company in late 2023. And its using its most recent Morgan Stanley-backed funding to aggressively add brand partners at a competitive pace and onboard staff at a level that promises strong continued growth.
