Senior Product Manager, HashiCorp

• 8+ years of product management experience with developer products
• Demonstrated success delivering and scaling delightful cloud products or platforms cross-functionally
• Deep knowledge of the enterprise logging and notification space and market needs
• High levels of customer empathy and a passion for using data to understand how customers adopt and use products
• Analytical with the ability to prioritize and make tradeoffs
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on written communication
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• We are now seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the team focused on HCP visibility. This is a crucial role with a specific focus on our enterprise logging and notification capabilities which support our customers as well as Hashicorp secure and infrastructure products
• As a Senior Product Manager for the Visibility team, you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to set the strategy, define the roadmap, and execute in collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver critical logging and notification features enterprise customers need to monitor platform activities

• Own the strategy and vision for HCP logging and notification capabilities
• Craft the product story by understanding the logging and notification landscape, user needs, and HashiCorp principles
• Conduct user research and customer discovery work teaming up with the design team to define and review design prototypes
• Prioritize the offering roadmap by taking feedback from customers, field teams, and ecosystem partners
• Develop JTBD and Critical User Journeys in collaboration with Design for the targeted Persona as part of the discovery process
• Write detailed problem requirement documents to set the context for the product delivery
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering partners on implementation
• Communicate product status to all partners. Keep sales, support, and marketing updated on feature releases and keep engineering informed on feature requests
