• Oversee the creation and execution of multichannel customer engagement initiatives across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and In-App Messaging
• Analyse marketing campaign performance to optimise results and inform future strategies
• Coordinate campaigns and projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Craft compelling, user-centric copy that ensures impactful messaging across all channels
• Work closely with the Product, Investment Advisory, Data and Marketing teams to identify new opportunities and business requirements to retain and expand the customer base
• Develop a deep understanding of marketing campaigns, from strategy to execution
• Gain expertise in performance analysis, leveraging data to drive marketing decisions
• Master Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance customer engagement
• Strengthen skills in crafting persuasive, user-focused copy that maximises marketing impact
