Deep expertise in account mapping, enterprise deal strategy, and multi-threaded stakeholder engagement
Strong proficiency with Salesforce and data-driven sales execution
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets

What the job involves

We’re seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director with a strong track record in B2B technology sales, ideally in SaaS-based EHNS, business insights, or risk management
This role will play a critical part in expanding our presence within operations and safety departments at Fortune 500 companies
You’ll help drive growth across departments and functions, positioning Voxel as a trusted partner in safety
Drive new business development efforts, cultivating relationships with enterprise prospects and strategic accounts
Own and expand high-value ICP inbound opportunities and priority enterprise targets
Lead account mapping and multi-threaded pursuit strategies to drive enterprise penetration
Build and nurture strong champions across client organizations—including influential stakeholders and C-suite executives—to accelerate deal velocity and ensure long-term account growth
Leverage Salesforce to manage pipeline, forecast performance, and guide decision-making
Maintain consistent and proactive communication throughout the entire sales cycle
Monitor and synthesize industry trends to inform go-to-market strategy in a dynamic, competitive landscape

Voxel's AI integrates with existing security cameras to detect safety risks, from spills to near-miss vehicle collisions. Once a hazard is identified, it alerts key personnel, enabling immediate action. This proactive system has significantly reduced workplace injuries, with places like Michael's, Dollar Tree and Clorox seeing accident rates drop by up to 80%.

Since its launch in 2020, Voxel has raised substantial funding which has been invested in expanding its reach to new industries like ports and airports. It continues to grow its team and offerings to this day, making more workplaces safer with AI.
