Platform Engineer, Sitecore

• 3–5 years of experience in platform, cloud, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering roles
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure fundamentals and core services
• Practical experience working with Kubernetes (deployments, Helm, services, basic networking and scaling concepts)
• Experience using Terraform for infrastructure provisioning (modules and multi-environment setups preferred)
• Good Linux administration skills (processes, networking basics, logging, troubleshooting)
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
• Basic scripting ability in Bash or Python
• Understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD concepts
• Strong willingness to learn, collaborate, and improve engineering practices

Desirable

• We’re looking for a Platform Engineer to build and operate our cloud infrastructure and developer platform capabilities. You’ll work as part of a team responsible for delivering scalable, reliable, and observable systems that power our applications
• This role is hands-on and focused on implementing and maintaining Azure-based infrastructure, Kubernetes environments, Infrastructure as Code, and observability tooling
• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure (e.g., AKS, ACR, networking, storage, policies) following established architectural standards
• Support and operate Kubernetes clusters, including deployments, scaling, upgrades, and routine troubleshooting
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, including reusable modules and environment-based configurations
• Implement and improve observability using Prometheus (metrics and alerting) and Grafana (dashboards and basic alerting), with optional support for Loki where applicable
• Support Linux-based environments (Ubuntu/RHEL), including troubleshooting, basic performance tuning, and security best practices
• Collaborate with developers and senior engineers to improve deployment workflows, platform reliability, and internal tooling
• Participate in on-call rotations and assist in incident response and post-incident follow-ups
• Contribute to documentation, automation, and platform improvement initiatives
