Recruiter, Kalepa

• You have 4+ years of Recruiting experience with a track record of attracting and hiring A+ players
• Experience recruiting for a variety of different functions, such as GTM, Engineering, Product, or Operations
• You are aligned with Kalepa’s unique culture and are excited to evangelize it with candidates
• You have previous experience at a high-growth SaaS company and know what it takes to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• You are analytical and use key recruiting metrics to inform your strategies and tactics
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively engage candidates and communicate Kalepa’s values, culture, and the nature of the roles
• You love to hustle: finding ways to get things done, destroying obstacles, and never taking no for an answer. The words “it can’t be done” don’t exist in your vocabulary
• You are passionate, deeply motivated, and have a strong will to win. You are excited about building a world-class team
• You are an excellent listener. You are perceptive to candidates’ questions and concerns. You serve as a trusted representative of Kalepa
• You value open, frank, and respectful communication
• You have experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
