Who you are

What the job involves
- As a User Acquisition Intern, you’ll support TickPick’s paid social and engagement efforts across TikTok, Meta, and other digital platforms. You’ll help the team drive awareness and conversions by sourcing and managing creator-style video content and fostering real engagement across fan communities
- This is a part-time, approximately 20 hours per week role ideal for students or recent grads looking to gain experience in performance marketing, social media, and community engagement
- Content Sourcing: Collect 10 POV-style videos per week for paid advertising usage across TikTok and Meta
- Collaborate with the User Acquisition team to identify trending content formats and messaging styles that perform well with target audiences
- Respond to comments on TickPick’s paid media videos across all platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Comment and engage authentically on major sports and entertainment accounts (e.g., SportsCenter, Bleacher Report, ESPN, etc.) to increase brand visibility
- Monitor and comment on Reddit threads related to sports, concerts, and fan experiences — joining conversations where fans already are

Our take
TickPick is a live events ticket marketplace that differentiates itself by not including any extra fees, reducing the total price of a ticket for consumers. While the company has been around since 2011, it has come increasingly under the spotlight in the last few years as live event ticket prices escalate, often pricing average earners out of attending.
The company was initially founded as a ticket resale platform, however as its reputation has grown, so too has its partnership base, with it now selling tickets directly for the likes of Firefly Music Festival and Sports Illustrated Saturday Night Lights.
TickPick closed a major funding round in 2024, giving it the fuel to scale up. Adding to this momentum, it also snapped up Fanimal (another ticketing platform) and secured an exclusive partnership with LaLiga as their official ticketing platform across North America. With fresh capital, a growing footprint, and a major league in its corner, TickPick is setting the stage for a future of success.
