Who you are
- You don’t need a perfect resume — but you should be deeply curious, genuinely hands-on, and excited about owning a function that touches every part of our revenue engine. Here’s the profile we have in mind:
- 5–8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS environment, with ownership of both marketing and sales systems
- Proven experience building marketing and sales operations infrastructure during periods of high growth
- Demonstrated use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate operational work, automate reporting, and generate insights – this is a daily expectation
- Certified Salesforce Administrator or equivalent hands-on admin experience required; you’re comfortable building and maintaining complex workflows, reports, and data structures
- Deep expertise in marketing automation systems and processes (experience with HubSpot a plus)
- Ability to build and deliver executive-level dashboards and KPI reports
- Comfortable owning the full RevOps tech stack and making smart decisions about what tools to keep, retire, or add
- A confident communicator with executive stakeholders; you translate data into decisions and can explain complex systems to non-technical audiences
- Highly organized, data-obsessed, and self-directed; you thrive as an individual contributor in a lean, fast-moving team and don’t need a playbook to get started
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a proactive, AI-savvy Revenue Operations leader to own and optimize SundaySky’s marketing and sales operations as a unified function. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with a wide mandate: Salesforce administration, marketing automation, tech stack management, campaign attribution, data quality, and regular KPI reporting for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership
- You’ll be the connective tissue between our go-to-market teams – ensuring the systems, data, and reporting that power SundaySky’s growth are accurate, scalable, and continuously improving. AI tools are central to how you’ll operate: from automated reporting and data enrichment to workflow optimization and insight generation. This is a high-visibility role with a direct line to senior leadership
- Own the end-to-end marketing technology stack, including marketing automation (HubSpot), data enrichment, analytics platforms, and other third-party software
- Build and maintain lead scoring and routing, campaign attribution, audience segmentation, and marketing funnel reporting
- Ensure clean data, compliance, and automation best practices across CRM and marketing systems
- Use AI tools to automate insight generation from campaign data and surface actionable performance trends Sales Operations & CRM Administration
- Serve as SundaySky’s primary Salesforce CRM administrator: own architecture, workflows, data integrity, user management, and reporting
- Support pipeline management, sales forecasting, territory design, and quota-setting in close collaboration with Sales leadership
- Maintain accurate ARR and CARR data in coordination with Finance, including new logos, expansion, churn, and downsell tracking
- Deploy AI-assisted tools for data enrichment, duplicate detection, and ongoing data quality management
- Administer and optimize sales engagement and intelligence tools (SalesLoft, Clari, ZoomInfo, and others) in coordination with Sales leadership Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor and report on KPIs across the full revenue funnel – from lead generation through customer expansion
- Build and maintain dashboards and regular reporting cadences for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and the executive team
- Provide board-level reporting support in coordination with Finance and the VP of Marketing
- Proactively surface actionable insights rather than just delivering data
- Own and administer the full RevOps tech stack; evaluate and implement new tools to enhance team performance and efficiency
- Lead implementation of new AI workflows to accelerate operational work, automate reporting, and generate insights
- Stay current on emerging AI capabilities relevant to RevOps and continuously explore new ways to drive operational excellence

SundaySky's video generating engine creates and renders videos automatically in seconds, and has created billions of video experiences to date. This solution has big appeal for enterprises, and SundaySky now serves big-name customers such as Comcast, Dell and United Airlines.
SundaySky's main challenge is competing with companies that offer similar services, such as Loom and Ziflow. However, the company's impressive client roster and the speed of its engine are strong indicators of future success. It also continues to add new features, for example, a generative AI assistant that facilitates faster user-driven video creation through conversational text prompts.
