• Manage and oversee Twitch’s content and creator business around English-speaking streamers across EMEA (incl. UK&I, Benelux, Nordics, CEE, Poland, MENA)
• Implement long-term content and creator strategies for English-speaking EMEA, under the direction of Twitch leadership, with the intent to increase creator service levels, satisfaction, and income
• Lead and implement cross-functional programs and initiatives related to English-speaking creators in EMEA, as well as content crossover and collaborative opportunities with English-speaking creators globally
• Manage team’s budget and be responsible and accountable for optimizing the creator portfolio
• Track, report, and present relevant performance-related metrics, learnings, programs, and language/region specific progress to senior and executive leadership
• Lead a team of high-performing content personnel, provide feedback and development, assess R&R and bandwidth on an on-going basis
