Billing Manager, Rula

• This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, strategic thinking and analytical work, experience in healthcare payer operations, and comfort leading direct reports in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
• The right candidate will have experience in collaborative and problem-solving environments, bringing a bias to action in managing complex processes
• 4+ years of experience in revenue cycle and/or strategy consulting, leading end-to-end transformation (process, technology, and people), and managing offshore/onshore teams
• Demonstrated knowledge of revenue cycle management, with a focus on healthcare claims billing, denial resolution, and managing insurance and patient accounts receivable (AR)
• Expertise building processes and utilizing tools to drive optimization and efficiency
• Skillfulness in applying structure, cross-functional partnership, prioritization, and effective communication to solve complex problems across the organization
• Proficiency in leveraging data through modeling (Google Sheets/Excel) and creating simple data visualizations to track performance and guide business decisions

• Reporting to the Senior Financial Operations (RCM) Manager, this role will oversee the onshore billing team, manage an offshore billing vendor, and ensure seamless billing processes and systems
• This individual will be responsible for the execution of billing and collections operations and spearheading continuous process improvement in end to end revenue cycle management alongside cross-functional teams
