What the job involves

Our Ops team drives mission-critical initiatives to fulfill and maintain our product coverage
We are looking for a hard-charging specialist who is focused on outcomes, accuracy, and builds strong relationships along the way
This is a contract role
Work directly with tax agencies to accurately recover, close, and update tax accounts for our customers
Work directly with customers to obtain all account information needed to accomplish their tax account needs
Communicate consistent and detailed updates to our customers via Zoom, email, and Slack
Use internal tools and processes to keep customers’ Mosey app up to date
Prepare completion reports
Regularly review and update Mosey’s processes to reflect the latest regulations and standards
