Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in demand generation and a deep understanding of the sales process along with strong analytical and communication skills
- 4-6 years of experience in demand generation or a related field, ideally in Tech
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software (such as HubSpot and Salesforce)
- Deep understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving pipeline growth
- Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of SaaS sales process and strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Post-secondary degree in marketing or related field
- Experience in the market research industry is a plus
- Experience in B2B and B2C marketing is a plus
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, is a plus
What the job involves
- We are searching for a Senior Demand Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategies to generate sales opportunities and revenue for the company
- As the Senior Demand Marketing Manager reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for the execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture marketing leads across multiple channels. These programs will include outreach to our existing database through marketing automation; lead generation through events and AI search marketing; and optimizing the use of our website as a lead generation channel
- Campaign Creation; identify and build new marketing activities in HubSpot that deliver a flow of marketing-qualified leads while monitoring ROI and optimizing CAC
- Lead Delivery; deliver against the weekly, monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales opportunity targets
- Paid; directly manage paid social, paid search and retargeting channels
- Inbound Lead Nurture; help guide SDR campaigns, set goals for conversion of leads to opportunities
- Budget Management; track marketing campaign ROI and adjust planned budget allocation in line with results and annual sales objectives
- Lead Management; track and optimize lead lifecycle and conversion rates
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Product, to create cohesive demand generation efforts
- Assist in landing page, email and ad content development to target customers throughout the customer lifecycle

Recollective began building online community software as a service back in 1998. Now, the platform is used by over 12 thousand companies for a slightly adjacent, but perhaps far more lucrative purpose: orchestrating qualitative market research. This includes screening, onboarding, researching, conducting analytics, and reporting, and it’s attracted the custom of heavy hitters like Sky, Wayfair, and Pulse.
It was a good market for Recollective to start cultivating early. The rise of mobile and digital engagement means that the pool of surveyable consumers is huge and growing, and the value of the gathered data is correspondingly substantial. Whilst Qualtrics has developed a competing service as part of their broader offering, and companies like Alchemer and UserTesting focus on rapid-delivery survey results, Recollective remains a firm leader in operating multi-featured operational tools with a single focus on market research.
The kind of insights Recollective provides aren’t getting any less crucial, either. In fact, companies are having to get more personalized and consumer-focused than ever to court today’s increasingly atomised market. Recollective has proven a resilient, innovative company with its finger on the pulse of what researchers need - and this will only continue to reward it.
