Enterprise Sales Manager, CoreWeave

• 5+ years of experience building and leading high-performing sales or account management teams with a proven track record of exceeding goals
• Success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally with Enterprise companies
• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience selling to Enterprise organizations as an individual contributor, with a proven track record of exceeding goals. Experience in cross-selling is a plus
• Strong executive presence – very comfortable with C-level executives, especially CTOs
• Proficient in using data and analytics for decision-making process improvement to scale the team and enhance efficiency
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with superior communication and presentation skills
• Ability to recruit top talent and thoughtful approach to team planning and development
• Proven track record of negotiating, structuring, and executing complex sales agreements
• Proficient in Salesforce

Desirable

• As a front-line manager, you will lead a team of 5 Enterprise Account Executives, each overseeing a mix of new and strategic relationships
• Your responsibilities will include providing 1:1 coaching and guiding the strategic direction of this new team
• This role requires significant cross-functional collaboration, involving regular interaction with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Product, and Executive Leadership
• Manage a group of 3-5 Account Executives and provide them with mentorship
• Ensure the team exceeds goals in new business, upsell, renewals, retention, and activation
• Cultivate and maintain a high-performing team culture
• Enhance team output and efficiency by optimizing systems and processes
• Create forecasts and analyze performance data
• Develop and execute career development and leadership programs
• Oversee daily activities and quota performance management of individual Account Managers to ensure key performance metrics are met
• Build dashboards in Salesforce and other tools to monitor customer success and team performance
• Hire and train new Account Executives quickly on solutions, personas, competition, tools, training, and role-plays
• Coach and mentor on sales skills, call feedback, and lead enablement
