Who you are
- Experience in customer-facing roles

What the job involves
- There is a big global interest for our product, and to supercharge the potential we are now hiring the best customer service talent for our Customer Success team
- At the heart of our strategy is to keep customers happy and guide them to get the most out of being a Veo customer
- We help them with any issues they have and proactively engage them to do the best possible recordings
- Be a part of our morning or afternoon shift
- Respond to customer requests in a clear and comprehensive manner as a front line supporter. We operate via emails, phone and chat
- Support the second line team by resolving general tickets and only forwarding the complex ones to the next level
- Adhere to our KPIs for a low response time, minimal backlog, and a high customer satisfaction
- Communicate relevant feedback and issues from customers within the support team using the right escalation flows and channels
- Provide feedback for optimizing the processes that we currently work with

Our take
Statistics is a huge part of sports, from improving tactics based on the analysis of training sessions to the live-tracking of match events by fans. However, collecting the relevant in-game data for the analysis of a game is almost impossible to keep up with, limiting the breadth of information that can be learned from and shared.
Veo provides sports live-streaming camera technology that enables sports teams to automatically broadcast games, whilst AI analyses the gameplay to produce statistics. These statistics are aggregated into analytic dashboards that help teams uncover actionable insights from the statistics of games, in addition to providing viewers with crucial real-time updates.
Whilst Veo is not the first company to use technology to provide AI-driven sports statistics, the company’s technology relies solely on cameras as opposed to smart sports apparatus, allowing the solutions to be applied to any ball game. The company aims to boost viewership and engagement between sports teams and their fans, whilst providing teams with the analysis tools necessary to learn from their gameplay on a granular level.
