Role
Who you are
- 5+ years in partnership or channel sales roles, ideally within SaaS, IoT, or Supply Chain/Logistics
- The "Paper" Experience: Proven track record of negotiating complex wholesale or reseller agreements
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to move between a high-level strategic roadmap and the "boots on the ground" work of closing a partner's first deal
What the job involves
- As the Channel Sales Manager at Tive, you will be the architect of our indirect revenue engine
- You won't just be managing a Rolodex; you will be building a scalable ecosystem of referral partners, co-sell alliances, and wholesale distributors who view Tive’s real-time visibility solutions as an essential component of their own value proposition
- Strategy & Scoping: Define the ideal partner profile (IPPs) across 3PLs, insurance providers, and TMS/ERP software integrations
- Ecosystem Development: Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of partners to drive consistent referral pipelines
- Strategic Co-Selling: Enable partner sales teams to identify Tive opportunities and lead joint pursuit strategies for enterprise accounts
- Wholesale & OEM: Investigate and execute "Sell-Through" or "White Label" models where partners bundle Tive into their own contracts/paper
- Enablement: Create the collateral, training, and incentive structures (spiffs, revenue shares) that make it easy for partners to prioritize Tive
Our take
Traditionally, shipment tracking has been complicated, unreliable and expensive. Tive’s platform allows businesses to constantly track and update their supply chain to enable a dynamic and flexible approach to international commerce.
Tive’s system is based around sensors that accompany shipments, allowing real-time product tracking with data uploaded to the cloud. This system allows clients access to location, shipment integrity and climate status, allowing businesses to better understand how their products are shipped.
Tive serves customers across the shipping industry, a huge market that is still on the rise. This has fuelled its expansion, with the company already having clients ranging from consumer packaged goods, logistics, produce, and retail, including Alpine Fresh, Fastly, and Aviagen. $40 million in 2025 Series C funding will help Tive bring even more solutions to its growing customer base.
