Role
Who you are
- Pagaya is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant to support a group of dynamic senior leaders across key business functions
- We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings structure and calm to complex, ever-evolving priorities
- This is an excellent opportunity for a mid- to senior-level EA who enjoys operating at scale, managing competing priorities, and building strong partnerships with executives and their teams
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed environment
- Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong ability to prioritize
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- A proactive mindset - you anticipate needs rather than react to them
- Comfort working in-office in Midtown NYC 4–5 days per week
- A team-oriented approach and strong collaboration skills
What the job involves
- This role will provide dedicated support to multiple executives
- This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the center of our commercial and people operations
- You’ll serve as a trusted partner to multiple executives whose teams drive revenue, partnerships, marketing performance, and organizational strategy
- You will collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination across leadership
- Manage complex and evolving calendars across multiple senior executives, balancing competing priorities and time zones
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively propose solutions
- Prepare executives for meetings by coordinating briefing documents, agendas, and key materials
- Track action items and drive follow-ups to ensure accountability and momentum
- Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics
- Organize internal and external meetings, offsites, and team events
- Partner closely with the broader EA team to align business priorities and ensure leadership coverage
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Support communication flow across People, Commercial, Partnerships, and Marketing teams
- Help streamline processes and recommend efficiencies that improve executive effectiveness
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of integrity
- Provide occasional personal administrative support as needed
- Offer flexibility for occasional evening or weekend coordination when business needs arise

Pagaya Investments is disrupting this system: its platform uses comprehensive learning insights to offer better assessments and more accurate credit evaluations. This allows its customers to rapidly scale their services while reducing the risk of defaults or fraud.
Since its launch, the company has grown significantly, managing billions in assets for a diverse range of clients, including banks, insurance companies, pension funds, asset managers, and private health funds. Major enterprises like Visa, Avant, and SoFi utilise Pagaya's AI evaluation to extend credit to underserved customers, achieving levels of speed and accuracy that traditional methods cannot match.
Pagaya has continued to enter new markets each year, having begun with personal loans and then expanding into auto loans and real estate. This is demonstrative of the company's ability to scale across markets, and it is now focused on increasing the adoption of its technology by large banks and auto lenders.
