By the beginning of the internship, interns must have completed at least 2 years at a 4-year undergraduate university and graduating between December 2025-June 2026

Desirable

Experience with a data analytics or business intelligence platform, such as Tableau or Snowflake
Python scripting and RestAPI experience
Cybersecurity background
Project management experience
Experience working with Windows Server Operating Systems
Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and cutting-edge infrastructures
Excellent customer service skills and ability to quickly establish technical credibility with customers
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Proven problem-solving skills

What the job involves

Summer 2025 Start & End Dates: 12 weeks: May 19 - August 2, June 2 - August 22 or June 16 – September 5
As a Technical Account Management Intern at CrowdStrike, you’ll make a difference in global security by protecting organizations against the most advanced attackers in the world
Assisting the CS Operations team in report creation and analysis
Collecting feedback from internal stakeholders on process effectiveness
Developing communications and digital content to engage customers
Working on pilot programs for major initiatives
Creating customer facing health checks and reports
