Who you are

We’re looking for someone with at least 5+ years of experience either in house or with an agency
These are some of the key skills the role will ask of you - we’re aware brilliant creativity takes many forms so we keep an open mind - but, you will be a very good fit if you:
Are Technically Skilled: You have advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma a bonus)
Are a Master of the Craft: You have an instinctive command of colour, layout, typography, and imagery; harmonising these elements to bring a brand’s personality, voice, and values to life is second nature to you
Are a self-starter: You thrive in entrepreneurial environments, have highly effective time management, can handle competing priorities and are comfortable with change at short notice. You communicate confidently - whether presenting to partners or selling in ideas internally
Have some D2C Experience: You have an understanding of Ecommerce dynamics inc work on complex UI projects, email, digital products and how to design for conversion without sacrificing brand integrity
Are Packaging Literate: You have hands-on experience designing and preparing complex packaging artwork files for print
Are a Campaign Veteran: You have a proven track record of executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and high-pressure product launches
Understand Editing/Motion: Bringing stories to life through movement and some experience editing video for various platforms would be a plus

What the job involves

Please note this role is UK-based, and we are unable to sponsor visas at this time. This position is a 12 month fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave
As our Senior Brand Designer, you will be a passionate and accomplished creative mind, anchored to ensuring the visual output of the brand positions Pinter as a global challenger in the beer space. The role sits in the Brand team but you will serve as a vital link between our Performance and Brand teams, ensuring our creative is not only beautiful but commercially effective
We believe deeply that good design is a vital pillar of customer experience and you will own the brand’s visual output across every touchpoint, from world-class design craft to executing major campaigns and product launches. You will lead on packaging projects - from initial concept to preparing technical artwork files for print and manage creative collaborations with 3rd party brands under a shared framework. While you will help manage external partners and freelancers, your primary focus will be the flawless execution and elevation of our visual identity
