What the job involves
- Working within a small dedicated team within the office you’ll be providing customer service excellence and sales support to the entire business
- Reporting to the supervisor of the Employee Engagement team, you’ll work closely with the rest of the Employee Engagement Team and contribute to the continued growth and development of our rapidly expanding business
- Outbound proactive calls to customer base to directly discuss the car scheme to interested parties, through phones calls, emails, webchats to ensure seven day untouched case turnaround
- To deal with a high amount of inbound calls - conversion and follow up to assist with the quote process. Updating customers on progress of their quote, suggesting alternatives suitable for their needs
- Checking and communicating lead-times for motor vehicles and arranging bespoke quotations for customers
- Assisting with requotes if / when pricing needs to altered
- Communicate special offers announced by the business to enhance order count
- Attending driver roadshows and launch events, follow up on feedback where applicable
- Liaise and network with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, drivers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations, and keep up to date with new vehicles on the market and test drive internal demo cars to enhance knowledge
