What the job involves

Against a backdrop of hypergrowth, we need to strengthen our Admin team 💪🏻 To do this, we are looking for our future HR Assistant 🌞
You will play a key role 🔑 in coordinating office activities, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently, while helping to create a positive and collaborative working atmosphere for all teams
Responding to staff requests: Identifying and proactively responding to the day-to-day needs of the teams
Participating in the recruitment process: Performing the initial screening of applications in collaboration with the managers
Assisting the HR team in preparing documentation
Ensuring that the office runs smoothly: Guaranteeing that spaces are organised, functional and aesthetically pleasing, anticipating daily needs, managing supplies in line with the allocated budget, welcoming visitors, managing day-to-day mail
Maintaining relations with the company's service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.)
Managing IT equipment: Preparing and coordinating equipment for new arrivals, monitoring stock, etc
Organising in-house events: Naboom, annual seminars, team buildings
Supporting teams with their travel needs

Second round: 15-minute video interview with Virginie, Head of Finance, Legal & HR
Third round: speed dating (1:1 meeting with 4-5 persons randomly chosen for a culture fit)
