Who you are
- Rising senior or graduate student (2026 or 2027 grad) pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Design, or related field
- Genuine curiosity about AI, especially agentic/reasoning systems and their application to real enterprise problems
- Comfortable diving into messy data problems – you love finding patterns in chaos
- Excellent communicator – you can talk to customers, engineers, and executives with equal confidence
- Bonus: previous internship in product management, technical role, or startup experience; familiarity with ITAM/ITSM/SaaS data is a plus but not required
What the job involves
- We’re building the next generation of Flexera One’s Technology Intelligence (TI) Platform powered by Agentic AI – autonomous agents that don’t just surface insights but take action on behalf of customers
- As our Product Manager Intern for Agentic AI, you will own real product discovery and delivery for high-impact use cases centered on data aggregation and One Inventory
- This is a rare opportunity for a student to operate like a full-time PM on a strategic AI initiative that will ship to customers
- Lead discovery and definition for Agentic AI use cases that solve customer pain in normalizing, enriching, and reconciling inventory data across 100+ sources into One Inventory
- Identify and prioritize the hardest data aggregation problems (duplicate records, missing attributes, conflicting sources, stale data, etc.)
- Partner day-to-day with engineering, data science, and design to design, prototype, and ship AI agents that autonomously clean, reconcile, and enrich customer inventory
- Run customer interviews, analyze usage data, and build compelling narratives for internal stakeholders and leadership
- Create PRFAQs, user stories, mockups, and success metrics – everything a real PM does
- Present your work and recommendations to senior product leadership at the end of the internship

Flexera is an IT solutions company for businesses looking to maximize the potential of their technology investments. Spun out of legacy company InstallShield dating back to 1987 and its leading software product Flexnet Manager, Flexera offers a range of solutions including IT asset management, IT visibility, and cloud migration.
It’s the latter that in the present day seems to be the most popular product from not only Flexera, but competitors too. Flexera was cited in the summer 2022 by Information Services Group as a global leader in hyperconverge infrastructure solutions (HCI) systems, that uses cloud computing as a basis for its build.
The company has been a shapeshifting entity on the market for decades now, with a flexible range of services that in 2023 include the Flexera One FinOps, a solution for the strengthening of cloud central teams. Flexera also saw a buyout by private equity firm Thoma Bravo to the sum of $2.9 billion in 2020. And since then has gone on acquisition spree of its own. Now the company boasts 50,00 customers worldwide and has offices across the globe.
