Role
Who you are
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role is essential
- Practical knowledge of helpdesk software, such as Zendesk, is a plus
- Experience with E-Commerce Platforms like Shopify or similar systems is a valuable asset
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish, English and French are mandatory for effective communication with Spanish-speaking customers
- A cheerful and can-do attitude is important for creating a positive customer experience and maintaining a productive work environment
- Strong time management skills are required to handle multiple tasks, prioritize customer inquiries, and efficiently address customer needs
- A deep commitment to providing excellent customer service and satisfying customer needs is fundamental to this role
- Available to start as soon as possiblle. Willing to work from 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday (Office work with optional remote work days + Maternity leave cover contract)

- As a Customer Love Specialist at COCUNAT your primary responsibilities will revolve around delivering exceptional customer support and embodying our company's values
- You will be the frontline of our customer interactions, ensuring their satisfaction
- Product Expertise and Brand Ambassadorship: Become an expert in COCUNAT's product offerings, ingredients, and benefits to effectively assist customers. Embody COCUNAT's values and culture, reflecting them in your interactions and communications with customers
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including telephone, email, and live chat. Ensure that customers receive accurate and relevant information regarding our products, services, and policies
- Problem Identification and Resolution: Identify and understand common customer problems and issues that may arise during interactions.Take ownership of resolving customer issues, aiming for a quick and satisfactory resolution.Escalate complex or unresolved issues to management, providing detailed information and suggestions for improvement
- Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to the enhancement of customer service processes and procedures.Suggest creative solutions and ideas for improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to address customer needs and resolve issues
