Role
Who you are
- 5+ years in a GTM Enablement, Instructional Design, Product Enablement role or similar
- 3+ years experience managing people across multiple teams
- Keen understanding of the GTM (Sales and Customer Success) audience
- Training or a degree in relevant areas such as learning and development
- Passion for learning and inspiring others to do the same
- Extensive experience with process design and monitoring, project management and project collaboration tools
- Can coach and provide feedback to senior team members, collaborators, and stakeholders
- Can demonstrate creative problem-solving and innovative use of resources and tools
- Can work independently as a thought leader with a high level of situational awareness, uses own initiative to identify problems and find solutions
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills, able to prioritize and balance dynamic and conflicting demands under the pressure of deadlines
- Results-driven and entrepreneurial with a consistent track record of 'getting it done' as a leader while able to dive into the weeds of a dynamic environment
- Extensive experience working in the fast-paced technology sector
What the job involves
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of our global GTM Enablement Instructional Design team, including its strategy and execution
- Proactively identify and own team initiatives that achieve Deel’s business outcomes
- Enable your team and Deel to track observable and measurable learning and evaluation outcomes in line with agreed business needs
- Leverage data and analysis to define, track, and improve the overall instructional design process and output of your team
- Engage with and understand the stakeholders and audiences of your Instructional Design team to ensure that your teams and their programs meet their ongoing needs
- Develop and maintain standards, templates, and guidelines for instructional materials to ensure consistency and quality
- Lead change management efforts to implement new instruction strategies and communicate updates effectively across the organization
- Manage the GTM product release process and leverage it to deliver product enablement to the GTM organization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices in instructional design, product enablement, and learning technologies to drive innovation and improvement
- Provide feedback and coaching to support your team's continuous development
