- Had +5-6 years of experience in advertising, PR, media, or social media
- Demonstrated a proven understanding of the relationships between creative agencies, media agencies, and brands
- Excelled at prioritising and managing multiple tasks and projects effectively
- Proficient in Google Slides, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop) is a bonus but not required
- Possess professional writing experience for the internet—blogs, articles, ads, or social media content
- Experience in media and/or creative agencies is highly desirable
- Multi-lingual applicants preferred: Dutch + French + English ideally
What the job involves
- Transform and elevate client briefs into strategies, language, and visuals that resonate with Redditors, making them engaging and actionable
- Design innovative ad concepts and campaigns that harmonise the goals of our advertising partners with the unique spirit of the Reddit community
- Craft compelling pitches and communications that capture Reddit's essence for our expanding EMEA advertiser base
- Develop impactful deliverables like narrative-driven presentations, partner with our global scaled team on producing localised scalable output, and create dynamic workshops —both digital and in-person—that convey Reddit's advertising proposition effectively
- Serve as a creative consultant and platform expert to Reddit's International Sales team and their clients, whether they're agencies or direct brands
