- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, Typescript, and a modern backend language (e.g., Ruby, Python, Javascript)
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and software engineering principles
- You are adaptable and excel in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift rapidly
- Experience with Rails, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch is highly valued
- Background in startup environments, possibly as a founder or early employee, demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit and versatility
What the job involves
- Work closely with Product Management, Design, and other Engineering stakeholders to uphold a high quality standard in a fast-paced, iterative environment. Step into a product management role when needed to ensure that our solutions meet our high standards
- Develop full stack features that address complex technical challenges, integrating both frontend and backend aspects to enhance user experience and system reliability
- Engage in all phases of project lifecycle, from planning to deployment, including code reviews and performance optimization
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and intermediate engineers, helping them advance their skills and careers

Its compliance platform allows organisations to meet certifications in weeks instead of months. Plus, they recently launched Secureframe Questionnaires to help organisations respond to RFPs and security questionnaires fast with AI.
Automated compliance platforms are becoming common in today’s landscape, but Secureframe stands out due to the integration of its platform within existing applications. The startup has taken this approach to unify existing compliance stacks, presenting companies with familiar solutions without having to start from scratch.
