• Proven ability to balance PLG / self-serve (SMB) and ABM / sales-led (mid-market / enterprise) motions
• End-to-end campaign thinking: audience, channel, offer, and creative — not just individual tactics
• Deep AI and martech technical fluency coupled with curiosity and willingness to try new ways of working

• Own demand gen strategy across SMB (self-serve / PLG) and mid-market / enterprise (sales-led / ABM)
• Drive pipeline acceleration through underutilized paid channels (Google Ads / SEM, LinkedIn, app stores, paid social) as well as testing into new channels
• Bring full-funnel thinking to every campaign — audience, channel mix, offer design, creative, nurture
• Move the function beyond bottom-of-funnel — build demand earlier, convert it more efficiently
• Apply disciplined judgment to AI and automation: know what gets automated, what stays intentional
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, CX, and the rest of marketing to break down silos
• Manage and grow a team of 2–3 marketers
• Build the international/EMEA demand gen playbook as we expand our investment there
