What the job involves

As a Product Data Associate at Kikoff, you’ll have a unique opportunity to join our small, dynamic team within a fast-growing startup
You will play a key role in sorting and interpreting data to help our product teams identify challenges, set actionable goals, and create value for our customers
This is a highly focused role, where you’ll have the chance to collaborate with the product operations team to uncover data-driven opportunities and help drive continuous improvements
Please note that this role is expected to be a full-time, 6 month contract. Kikoff may terminate or alter the length of employment at any time. You will be expected to be in-office at our San Francisco office a minimum of 3 days per week
Manually sort, categorize, and analyze data to support product teams in identifying key challenges and opportunities
Display sensitivity and attention to accuracy when working with sensitive data
Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders and team members
Own and manage self-directed workstreams, demonstrating initiative and accountability

Our take

Having a solid credit history is a fundamental building block for financial health and there is a large market of people looking to build or rebuild their credit scores. Roughly half of all American adults have subprime credit or no credit whatsoever, and it’s safe to say there is a demand for credit products tailored to beginners and builders.

Kikoff is a credit-building platform aimed at Millennials and GenZ. Their signature product helps consumers without a credit history to positively influence several key aspects of their credit score. This includes their payment history, how much they owe, and the length of their account history.

Kikoff's goal is to help customers across their entire financial journeys and create a simple and positive banking relationship: from stabilizing cash flows to accumulating savings, and building towards long-term goals such as a mortgage. The company plans to build out its technology and team, across all function areas, to bring new products to market in the future.
